Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery or pickup for any flowers that arrive damaged or do not meet expectations.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, please provide:
A photo of the damaged flowers & proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom arrangements or special event orders (weddings, events, etc.) are non-refundable.
Flowers that have been kept without proper care are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges can be made for an arrangement of equal or lesser value.
